Isaiah 30:4

כִּֽי־הָי֥וּ בְצֹ֖עַן שָׂרָ֑יו וּמַלְאָכָ֖יו חָנֵ֥ס יַגִּֽיעוּ׃

For his princes were in Tsoʿan, and his messengers reached Ḥanes.
