Isaiah 41:16

תִּזְרֵם֙ וְר֣וּחַ תִּשָּׂאֵ֔ם וּסְעָרָ֖ה תָּפִ֣יץ אֹותָ֑ם וְאַתָּה֙ תָּגִ֣יל בַּֽיהוָ֔ה בִּקְדֹ֥ושׁ יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל תִּתְהַלָּֽל׃ פ

You shall winnow them, and the wind shall carry them away, and the storm shall scatter them. But you shall rejoice in YHWH; in the Holy One of Yisraʾel you shall boast.
