Isaiah 42:9

הָרִֽאשֹׁנֹ֖ות הִנֵּה־בָ֑אוּ וַֽחֲדָשֹׁות֙ אֲנִ֣י מַגִּ֔יד בְּטֶ֥רֶם תִּצְמַ֖חְנָה אַשְׁמִ֥יע אֶתְכֶֽם׃ פ

The former things, behold, they have come, and new things I am declaring; before they spring forth, I cause you to hear them.
