Isaiah 51:21

לָכֵ֛ן שִׁמְעִי־נָ֥א זֹ֖את עֲנִיָּ֑ה וּשְׁכֻרַ֖ת וְלֹ֥א מִיָּֽיִן׃ ס

Therefore, please hear this, O afflicted one, and drunk, but not with wine.
