Isaiah 60:14

וְהָלְכ֨וּ אֵלַ֤יִךְ שְׁחֹ֨וחַ֙ בְּנֵ֣י מְעַנַּ֔יִךְ וְהִֽשְׁתַּחֲו֛וּ עַל־כַּפֹּ֥ות רַגְלַ֖יִךְ כָּל־מְנַֽאֲצָ֑יִךְ וְקָ֤רְאוּ לָךְ֙ עִ֣יר יְהוָ֔ה צִיֹּ֖ון קְדֹ֥ושׁ יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

And the sons of those who afflicted you shall come bending to you, and all who despised you shall bow down at the soles of your feet; and they shall call you the City of YHWH, Tsiyon of the Holy One of Yisraʾel.
