Isaiah 60:22

הַקָּטֹן֙ יִֽהְיֶ֣ה לָאֶ֔לֶף וְהַצָּעִ֖יר לְגֹ֣וי עָצ֑וּם אֲנִ֥י יְהוָ֖ה בְּעִתָּ֥הּ אֲחִישֶֽׁנָּה׃ ס

The least shall become a thousand, and the smallest a mighty nation; I am YHWH; at its time I will hasten it.
