Jeremiah 1:14

וַיֹּ֥אמֶר יְהוָ֖ה אֵלָ֑י מִצָּפֹון֙ תִּפָּתַ֣ח הָרָעָ֔ה עַ֥ל כָּל־יֹשְׁבֵ֖י הָאָֽרֶץ׃

And YHWH said to me, “From the north the evil shall be unleashed upon all the inhabitants of the land.”
