Jeremiah 32:44

שָׂדֹ֞ות בַּכֶּ֣סֶף יִקְנ֗וּ וְכָתֹ֨וב בַּסֵּ֥פֶר וְחָתֹום֮ וְהָעֵ֣ד עֵדִים֒ בְּאֶ֨רֶץ בִּנְיָמִ֜ן וּבִסְבִיבֵ֣י יְרוּשָׁלִַ֗ם וּבְעָרֵ֤י יְהוּדָה֙ וּבְעָרֵ֣י הָהָ֔ר וּבְעָרֵ֥י הַשְּׁפֵלָ֖ה וּבְעָרֵ֣י הַנֶּ֑גֶב כִּֽי־אָשִׁ֥יב אֶת־שְׁבוּתָ֖ם נְאֻם־יְהוָֽה׃ פ

Fields shall be bought with silver, and write in the book, and seal, and make witnesses witness, in the land of Binyamin and in the surroundings of Yerushalayim and in the cities of Yehuda and in the cities of the hill country and in the cities of the lowland and in the cities of the Negev, for I will restore their captivity,’ declares YHWH.”
