Jeremiah 45:1

הַדָּבָ֗ר אֲשֶׁ֤ר דִּבֶּר֙ יִרְמְיָ֣הוּ הַנָּבִ֔יא אֶל־בָּר֖וּךְ בֶּֽן־נֵֽרִיָּ֑ה בְּכָתְבֹו֩ אֶת־הַדְּבָרִ֨ים הָאֵ֤לֶּה עַל־סֵ֨פֶר֙ מִפִּ֣י יִרְמְיָ֔הוּ בַּשָּׁנָה֙ הָֽרְבִעִ֔ית לִיהֹויָקִ֧ים בֶּן־יֹאשִׁיָּ֛הוּ מֶ֥לֶךְ יְהוּדָ֖ה לֵאמֹֽר׃ ס

The word that Yirmeyahu the prophet spoke to Barukh son of Neriyya, when he wrote these words in a scroll from the mouth of Yirmeyahu, in the fourth year of Yehoyaqim son of Yoshiyyahu, king of Yehuda, saying,
