Jeremiah 51:35

חֲמָסִ֤י וּשְׁאֵרִי֙ עַל־בָּבֶ֔ל תֹּאמַ֖ר יֹשֶׁ֣בֶת צִיֹּ֑ון וְדָמִי֙ אֶל־יֹשְׁבֵ֣י כַשְׂדִּ֔ים תֹּאמַ֖ר יְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ ס

My violence and my flesh be upon Bavel,” shall say the inhabitress of Tsiyyon; “and my blood be upon the inhabitants of the Kasdim,” shall say Yerushalayim.
