Ezekiel 46:11

וּבַחַגִּ֣ים וּבַמֹּועֲדִ֗ים תִּהְיֶ֤ה הַמִּנְחָה֙ אֵיפָ֤ה לַפָּר֙ וְאֵיפָ֣ה לָאַ֔יִל וְלַכְּבָשִׂ֖ים מַתַּ֣ת יָדֹ֑ו וְשֶׁ֖מֶן הִ֥ין לָאֵיפָֽה׃ ס

And at the festivals and at the appointed times the grain offering shall be an efa for a bull, and an efa for a ram, and for the lambs a gift of his hand, and oil, a hin for an efa.
