Joel 1:9

הָכְרַ֥ת מִנְחָ֛ה וָנֶ֖סֶךְ מִבֵּ֣ית יְהוָ֑ה אָֽבְלוּ֙ הַכֹּ֣הֲנִ֔ים מְשָׁרְתֵ֖י יְהוָֽה׃

The grain offering and the drink offering have been cut off from the house of YHWH; the priests, ministers of YHWH, mourn.
