Micah 4:7

וְשַׂמְתִּ֤י אֶת־הַצֹּֽלֵעָה֙ לִשְׁאֵרִ֔ית וְהַנַּהֲלָאָ֖ה לְגֹ֣וי עָצ֑וּם וּמָלַ֨ךְ יְהוָ֤ה עֲלֵיהֶם֙ בְּהַ֣ר צִיֹּ֔ון מֵעַתָּ֖ה וְעַד־עֹולָֽם׃ פ

And I will place the limping one for a remnant and the one who was cast far for a strong nation and YHWH shall reign over them in Mount Tsiyyon from now and until forever.
