Micah 4:14 (Micah 5:1)

עַתָּה֙ תִּתְגֹּדְדִ֣י בַת־גְּד֔וּד מָצֹ֖ור שָׂ֣ם עָלֵ֑ינוּ בַּשֵּׁ֨בֶט֙ יַכּ֣וּ עַֽל־הַלְּחִ֔י אֵ֖ת שֹׁפֵ֥ט יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ ס

Now slash yourself O daughter of troop a siege he has set against us with the rod they strike upon the cheek the judge of Yisraʾel.
