הִנֵּ֨ה עַל־הֶהָרִ֜ים רַגְלֵ֤י מְבַשֵּׂר֙ מַשְׁמִ֣יעַ שָׁלֹ֔ום חָגִּ֧י יְהוּדָ֛ה חַגַּ֖יִךְ שַׁלְּמִ֣י נְדָרָ֑יִךְ כִּי֩ לֹ֨א יֹוסִ֥יף עֹ֛וד לַעֲבֹר־בָּ֥ךְ בְּלִיַּ֖עַל כֻּלֹּ֥ה נִכְרָֽת׃
Behold, on the mountains the feet of one who brings good news, who announces peace. Celebrate, Yehuda, your festivals; fulfill your vows, for no more shall Beliyyaʿal again pass through you; he is wholly cut off.
