Zechariah 9:1

מַשָּׂ֤א דְבַר־יְהוָה֙ בְּאֶ֣רֶץ חַדְרָ֔ךְ וְדַמֶּ֖שֶׂק מְנֻחָתֹ֑ו כִּ֤י לַֽיהוָה֙ עֵ֣ין אָדָ֔ם וְכֹ֖ל שִׁבְטֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

An oracle, the word of YHWH, in the land of Ḥadrakh, and Dammeseq is his resting place, for to YHWH belongs the eye of humankind, and all the tribes of Yisraʾel.
