Psalm 2:6

וַ֭אֲנִי נָסַ֣כְתִּי מַלְכִּ֑י עַל־֝צִיֹּ֗ון הַר־קָדְשִֽׁי׃

And I, I have installed My king upon Tsiyyon, My holy mountain.
