Psalm 2:5

אָ֤ז יְדַבֵּ֣ר אֵלֵ֣ימֹו בְאַפֹּ֑ו וּֽבַחֲרֹונֹ֥ו יְבַהֲלֵֽמֹו׃

Then He speaks to them in His anger, and in His burning wrath He terrifies them.
