Psalm 9:3 (Psalm 9:2)

אֶשְׂמְחָ֣ה וְאֶעֶלְצָ֣ה בָ֑ךְ אֲזַמְּרָ֖ה שִׁמְךָ֣ עֶלְיֹֽון׃

I will rejoice and I will exult in You I will sing praise to Your name Most High.
