Psalm 18:23 (Psalm 18:22)

כִּ֣י כָל־מִשְׁפָּטָ֣יו לְנֶגְדִּ֑י וְ֝חֻקֹּתָ֗יו לֹא־אָסִ֥יר מֶֽנִּי׃

For all His judgments are before me, and His statutes I do not remove from myself.
