כָּל־֭רֹאַי יַלְעִ֣גוּ לִ֑י יַפְטִ֥ירוּ בְ֝שָׂפָ֗ה יָנִ֥יעוּ רֹֽאשׁ׃

All who see me mock me; they open with the lip, they shake the head.
