Psalm 22:29 (Psalm 22:28)

כִּ֣י לַ֭יהוָה הַמְּלוּכָ֑ה וּ֝מֹשֵׁ֗ל בַּגֹּויִֽם׃

For to YHWH belongs the kingship, and He rules among the nations.
