Psalm 59:15 (Psalm 59:14)

וְיָשׁ֣וּבוּ לָ֭עֶרֶב יֶהֱמ֥וּ כַכָּ֗לֶב וִיסֹ֥ובְבוּ עִֽיר׃

And they return at evening, they growl like the dog, and they go around the city.
