Exodus 17:11

וְהָיָ֗ה כַּאֲשֶׁ֨ר יָרִ֥ים מֹשֶׁ֛ה יָדֹ֖ו וְגָבַ֣ר יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וְכַאֲשֶׁ֥ר יָנִ֛יחַ יָדֹ֖ו וְגָבַ֥ר עֲמָלֵֽק׃

And it came to pass, when Moshe raised his hand, Yisra’el prevailed; but when he lowered his hand, ʿAmaleq prevailed.
