Deuteronomy 13:18 (Deuteronomy 13:17)

וְלֹֽא־יִדְבַּ֧ק בְּיָדְךָ֛ מְא֖וּמָה מִן־הַחֵ֑רֶם לְמַעַן֩ יָשׁ֨וּב יְהוָ֜ה מֵחֲרֹ֣ון אַפֹּ֗ו וְנָֽתַן־לְךָ֤ רַחֲמִים֙ וְרִֽחַמְךָ֣ וְהִרְבֶּ֔ךָ כַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר נִשְׁבַּ֖ע לַאֲבֹתֶֽיךָ׃

And nothing of the devoted things shall cling to your hand, so that YHWH may turn from the fierceness of His anger and grant you mercy, and have compassion on you, and multiply you, as He swore to your fathers.
