Deuteronomy 21:8

כַּפֵּר֩ לְעַמְּךָ֨ יִשְׂרָאֵ֤ל אֲשֶׁר־פָּדִ֨יתָ֙ יְהוָ֔ה וְאַל־תִּתֵּן֙ דָּ֣ם נָקִ֔י בְּקֶ֖רֶב עַמְּךָ֣ יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וְנִכַּפֵּ֥ר לָהֶ֖ם הַדָּֽם׃

Atone for Your people, Yisraʾel, whom You have redeemed, YHWH, and do not let innocent blood be shed in the midst of Your people Yisraʾel. And the blood shall be atoned for them.’
