Deuteronomy 28:12

יִפְתַּ֣ח יְהוָ֣ה לְ֠ךָ אֶת־אֹוצָרֹ֨ו הַטֹּ֜וב אֶת־הַשָּׁמַ֗יִם לָתֵ֤ת מְטַֽר־אַרְצְךָ֙ בְּעִתֹּ֔ו וּלְבָרֵ֕ךְ אֵ֖ת כָּל־מַעֲשֵׂ֣ה יָדֶ֑ךָ וְהִלְוִ֨יתָ֙ גֹּויִ֣ם רַבִּ֔ים וְאַתָּ֖ה לֹ֥א תִלְוֶֽה׃

YHWH will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain of your land in its season and to bless all the work of your hands. And you will lend to many nations, but you will not borrow.
