Deuteronomy 33:10

יֹור֤וּ מִשְׁפָּטֶ֨יךָ֙ לְיַעֲקֹ֔ב וְתֹורָתְךָ֖ לְיִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל יָשִׂ֤ימוּ קְטֹורָה֙ בְּאַפֶּ֔ךָ וְכָלִ֖יל עַֽל־מִזְבְּחֶֽךָ׃

They will teach Your judgments to Yaʿaqov and Your Torah to Yisraʾel; they will place incense before You and a whole offering upon Your altar.
