Exodus 17:16

וַיֹּ֗אמֶר כִּֽי־יָד֙ עַל־כֵּ֣ס יָ֔הּ מִלְחָמָ֥ה לַיהוָ֖ה בַּֽעֲמָלֵ֑ק מִדֹּ֖ר דֹּֽר׃ פ

And he said, “For the hand is upon the throne of YH ; there will be war for YHWH against ʿAmaleq from generation to generation.”
