Haggai 1:3

וַֽיְהִי֙ דְּבַר־יְהוָ֔ה בְּיַד־חַגַּ֥י הַנָּבִ֖יא לֵאמֹֽר׃

And the word of YHWH came by the hand of Ḥaggai the prophet, saying,
