Isaiah 13:19

וְהָיְתָ֤ה בָבֶל֙ צְבִ֣י מַמְלָכֹ֔ות תִּפְאֶ֖רֶת גְּאֹ֣ון כַּשְׂדִּ֑ים כְּמַהְפֵּכַ֣ת אֱלֹהִ֔ים אֶת־סְדֹ֖ם וְאֶת־עֲמֹרָֽה׃

And Bavel, the glory of kingdoms, the splendor of the pride of the Kasdim, shall be as when God overthrew Sedom and ʿAmora.
