Isaiah 29:4

וְשָׁפַלְתְּ֙ מֵאֶ֣רֶץ תְּדַבֵּ֔רִי וּמֵֽעָפָ֖ר תִּשַּׁ֣ח אִמְרָתֵ֑ךְ וְֽ֠הָיָה כְּאֹ֤וב מֵאֶ֨רֶץ֙ קֹולֵ֔ךְ וּמֵעָפָ֖ר אִמְרָתֵ֥ךְ תְּצַפְצֵֽף׃

And you shall be brought low, from the earth you shall speak, and from the dust your utterance shall be humbled. And your voice shall be like that of a ghost from the earth, and from the dust your utterance shall chirp.
