Isaiah 4:3

וְהָיָ֣ה הַנִּשְׁאָ֣ר בְּצִיֹּ֗ון וְהַנֹּותָר֙ בִּיר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔ם קָדֹ֖ושׁ יֵאָ֣מֶר לֹ֑ו כָּל־הַכָּת֥וּב לַחַיִּ֖ים בִּירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃

And it shall be, the one who is left in Tsiyon and the one who remains in Yerushalayim shall be called holy, everyone who is written for life in Yerushalayim.
