Isaiah 42:2

לֹ֥א יִצְעַ֖ק וְלֹ֣א יִשָּׂ֑א וְלֹֽא־יַשְׁמִ֥יעַ בַּח֖וּץ קֹולֹֽו׃

He will not cry out, and he will not lift up, and he will not make his voice heard in the street.
