Isaiah 49:16

הֵ֥ן עַל־כַּפַּ֖יִם חַקֹּתִ֑יךְ חֹומֹתַ֥יִךְ נֶגְדִּ֖י תָּמִֽיד׃

Behold, on the palms of My hands I have engraved you; your walls are continually before Me.
