Isaiah 49:22

כֹּֽה־אָמַ֞ר אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֗ה הִנֵּ֨ה אֶשָּׂ֤א אֶל־גֹּויִם֙ יָדִ֔י וְאֶל־עַמִּ֖ים אָרִ֣ים נִסִּ֑י וְהֵבִ֤יאוּ בָנַ֨יִךְ֙ בְּחֹ֔צֶן וּבְנֹתַ֖יִךְ עַל־כָּתֵ֥ף תִּנָּשֶֽׂאנָה׃

Thus said my Lord YHWH: “Behold, I will lift up My hand to the nations, and to the peoples I will raise My signal; and they shall bring your sons in the bosom, and your daughters shall be carried upon the shoulder.”
