Isaiah 8:2

וְאָעִ֣ידָה לִּ֔י עֵדִ֖ים נֶאֱמָנִ֑ים אֵ֚ת אוּרִיָּ֣ה הַכֹּהֵ֔ן וְאֶת־זְכַרְיָ֖הוּ בֶּ֥ן יְבֶרֶכְיָֽהוּ׃

And I will appoint for myself faithful witnesses, Uriyya the priest and Zekharyahu son of Yeverekhyahu.”
