Judges 10:18

וַיֹּאמְר֨וּ הָעָ֜ם שָׂרֵ֤י גִלְעָד֙ אִ֣ישׁ אֶל־רֵעֵ֔הוּ מִ֣י הָאִ֔ישׁ אֲשֶׁ֣ר יָחֵ֔ל לְהִלָּחֵ֖ם בִּבְנֵ֣י עַמֹּ֑ון יִֽהְיֶ֣ה לְרֹ֔אשׁ לְכֹ֖ל יֹשְׁבֵ֥י גִלְעָֽד׃ פ

And the people, the chiefs of Gileʿad, said each to his fellow, “Who is the man that will begin to fight against the sons of ʿAmmon? He shall be head over all the inhabitants of Gileʿad.”
