Jeremiah 43:8

וַיְהִי דְבַר־יְהוָה אֶל־יִרְמְיָהוּ בְּתַחְפַּנְחֵס לֵאמֹר׃

And the word of YHWH came to Yirmeyahu in Taḥpanḥes, saying,
