וַיֵּצֵא֙ גַּ֣עַל בֶּן־עֶ֔בֶד וַיַּעֲמֹ֕ד פֶּ֖תַח שַׁ֣עַר הָעִ֑יר וַיָּ֧קָם אֲבִימֶ֛לֶךְ וְהָעָ֥ם אֲשֶׁר־אִתֹּ֖ו מִן־הַמַּאְרָֽב׃

And Gaʿal son of ʿEved went out and stood at the entrance of the gate of the city, and Avimelekh and the people who were with him arose from the ambush.
