Jeremiah 30:18

כֹּ֣ה אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֗ה הִנְנִי־שָׁב֙ שְׁבוּת֙ אָהֳלֵ֣י יַֽעֲקֹ֔וב וּמִשְׁכְּנֹתָ֖יו אֲרַחֵ֑ם וְנִבְנְתָ֥ה עִיר֙ עַל־תִּלָּ֔הּ וְאַרְמֹ֖ון עַל־מִשְׁפָּטֹ֥ו יֵשֵֽׁב׃

Thus says YHWH, ‘Behold, I will restore the fortunes of the tents of Yaʿaqov, and I will have compassion on his dwellings; and the city will be built upon its mound, and the palace will sit in its proper place.
