Jeremiah 47:3

מִקֹּ֗ול שַֽׁעֲטַת֙ פַּרְסֹ֣ות אַבִּירָ֔יו מֵרַ֣עַשׁ לְרִכְבֹּ֔ו הֲמֹ֖ון גַּלְגִּלָּ֑יו לֹֽא־הִפְנ֤וּ אָבֹות֙ אֶל־בָּנִ֔ים מֵֽרִפְיֹ֖ון יָדָֽיִם׃

From the sound of the stamping of the hoofs of his stallions, from the rumbling of his chariots, the noise of his wheels, fathers have not turned to sons because of the feebleness of hands.
