Jeremiah 49:36

וְהֵבֵאתִ֨י אֶל־עֵילָ֜ם אַרְבַּ֣ע רוּחֹ֗ות מֵֽאַרְבַּע֙ קְצֹ֣ות הַשָּׁמַ֔יִם וְזֵ֣רִתִ֔ים לְכֹ֖ל הָרֻחֹ֣ות הָאֵ֑לֶּה וְלֹֽא־יִהְיֶ֣ה הַגֹּ֔וי אֲשֶׁ֛ר לֹֽא־יָבֹ֥וא שָׁ֖ם נִדְּחֵ֥י עולם:

וְהֵבֵאתִ֨י אֶל־עֵילָ֜ם אַרְבַּ֣ע רוּחֹ֗ות מֵֽאַרְבַּע֙ קְצֹ֣ות הַשָּׁמַ֔יִם וְזֵ֣רִתִ֔ים לְכֹ֖ל הָרֻחֹ֣ות הָאֵ֑לֶּה וְלֹֽא־יִהְיֶ֣ה הַגֹּ֔וי אֲשֶׁ֛ר לֹֽא־יָבֹ֥וא שָׁ֖ם נִדְּחֵ֥י עֵילָֽם:

And I will bring upon ʿElam the four winds from the four quarters of the heavens, and I will scatter them to all those winds, and there shall not be a nation where the outcasts of ʿElam shall not come.
