Jeremiah 50:1

הַדָּבָ֗ר אֲשֶׁ֨ר דִּבֶּ֧ר יְהוָ֛ה אֶל־בָּבֶ֖ל אֶל־אֶ֣רֶץ כַּשְׂדִּ֑ים בְּיַ֖ד יִרְמְיָ֥הוּ הַנָּבִֽיא׃

The word that YHWH spoke against Bavel, against the land of the Kasdim, by the hand of Yirmeyahu the prophet:
