Jeremiah 51:21

וְנִפַּצְתִּ֣י בְךָ֔ ס֖וּס וְרֹֽכְבֹ֑ו וְנִפַּצְתִּ֣י בְךָ֔ רֶ֖כֶב וְרֹכְבֹֽו׃

And with you I will shatter horse and its rider, and with you I will shatter chariot and its rider.
