Jeremiah 51:26

וְלֹֽא־יִקְח֤וּ מִמְּךָ֙ אֶ֣בֶן לְפִנָּ֔ה וְאֶ֖בֶן לְמֹֽוסָדֹ֑ות כִּֽי־שִׁמְמֹ֥ות עֹולָ֛ם תִּֽהְיֶ֖ה נְאֻם־יְהוָֽה׃

And they shall not take from you a stone for a corner nor a stone for foundations, for desolations everlasting you shall be,” declares YHWH.
