Jeremiah 51:28

קַדְּשׁ֨וּ עָלֶ֤יהָ גֹויִם֙ אֶת־מַלְכֵ֣י מָדַ֔י אֶת־פַּחֹותֶ֖יהָ וְאֶת־כָּל־סְגָנֶ֑יהָ וְאֵ֖ת כָּל־אֶ֥רֶץ מֶמְשַׁלְתֹּֽו׃

Consecrate against her nations, the kings of Maday, her governors, and all her deputies, and all the land of his dominion.
