Jeremiah 51:8

פִּתְאֹ֛ם נָפְלָ֥ה בָבֶ֖ל וַתִּשָּׁבֵ֑ר הֵילִ֣ילוּ עָלֶ֗יהָ קְח֤וּ צֳרִי֙ לְמַכְאֹובָ֔הּ אוּלַ֖י תֵּרָפֵֽא׃

Suddenly Bavel has fallen and is broken; wail over her. Take balm for her pain; perhaps she may be healed.
