Jeremiah 8:4

וְאָמַרְתָּ֣ אֲלֵיהֶ֗ם כֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה הֲיִפְּל֖וּ וְלֹ֣א יָק֑וּמוּ אִם־יָשׁ֖וּב וְלֹ֥א יָשֽׁוּב׃

“And you shall say to them, ‘Thus says YHWH: “Shall they fall and not rise? If one turns back, shall he not return?”
