Ezekiel 26:14

וּנְתַתִּ֞יךְ לִצְחִ֣יחַ סֶ֗לַע מִשְׁטַ֤ח חֲרָמִים֙ תִּֽהְיֶ֔ה לֹ֥א תִבָּנֶ֖ה עֹ֑וד כִּ֣י אֲנִ֤י יְהוָה֙ דִּבַּ֔רְתִּי נְאֻ֖ם אֲדֹנָ֥י יְהוִֽה׃ ס

And I will make you a bare rock, you shall be a place for spreading of nets, you shall not be built again, for I YHWH have spoken,’ declares the Lord YHWH.
